To place an order, browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to create an account or log in, provide your shipping address, and select your payment method.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Fawry, Aman cash payment, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
Delivery times vary by location and product. Generally, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 5-10 business days for other governorates in Egypt.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some items like perishables, personalized products, and intimate items are non-returnable.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
Currently, we only ship within Egypt. We are working on expanding our shipping services to other countries in the future.

To become a vendor, click on "Become a Vendor" in the footer, fill out the registration form with your business details, and submit required documents. Our team will review your application and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
